1. Booking & Payments

  • Minimum 30% advance required at the time of booking.
  • Advance is non-refundable.
  • Balance payment must be cleared at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out Time

  • Check-in: 5:00 PM onwards (property rules).
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Room & cottage package timings on this page are 4:00 PM – next day 10:00 AM as per the brochure. Please confirm your slot when booking.

3. ID & Age Policy

  • Government ID mandatory for all guests at check-in.
  • Only individuals 18 years & above are allowed to book a stay.

4. Kids Policy

  • 0–4 years: Free of cost.
  • 5–10 years: 80% charges.
  • Above 10 years: Full charges apply.

5. Conduct & Property Use

  • Maintain cleanliness; do not damage toys and other items.
  • Loud music and entertainment programmes are not allowed after 11:00 PM.
  • Strict ban on addictive and intoxicating substances, crackers and speeding.
  • Bringing food from outside is strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Responsibility

  • Follow pool safety, fire safety & property guidelines.
  • Children must be under adult supervision, especially near pools.
